Our Uji Matcha - Ceremonial Grade is harvested from the first flush of Tencha in May after shading for weeks. After drying and de-veining, the processed Tencha is ground by stone to perfection. This matcha is umami-rich, it has a mild honeydew sweetness and a smooth and creamy finish.

1. Place 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of matcha in the bowl (sift as needed).
2. Pour 70ml of hot water (70 degree Celsius) to bowl.
3. Use tea whisk (Chasen) to whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until tea is frothy
